Why is the Flagship first day more expensive?
It includes airport greeting, luggage assistance, airport-hotel-hospital routing, and departure transfer coordination. It is designed to remove the highest-friction part of the trip.
Can I contact you before choosing a package?
Yes. Send your arrival date, city, hospital or specialty need, and travel party size on WhatsApp. We will recommend the most suitable option.
Do you provide medical advice?
No. Licensed medical institutions and physicians provide medical services. We provide non-medical coordination, communication, and concierge support.
