Why we provide hospital companion support in China
For foreign patients, the difficult part of visiting a Chinese hospital is often practical: language, registration, payment, departments, tests, reports, and follow-up coordination. We provide bilingual companion and process support so patients can move through hospital procedures more clearly. We do not evaluate medical quality, recommend treatment, or promise medical outcomes.

Hospital companion services are carried out by local bilingual coordination and companion personnel in China. Before service begins, we confirm the city, hospital, preferred language, appointment or visit time, meeting point, and service scope. Support may be available in major cities based on scheduling and local team availability.

Strict Service Boundaries
We provide companion, interpretation, appointment, document, transport coordination, and hospital process support only. Medical decisions remain with the patient and licensed medical professionals.
What We Can Help With

- Provide English-Chinese interpretation support for hospital communication.

What We Never Do
- We do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment plans, or provide medical decision-making.
- We do not guarantee treatment results, hospital acceptance, appointment success, or access to a specific doctor.
- We do not sign consent forms for patients or collect hospital clinical fees.
Payment Boundary
Our fee covers companion, interpretation, and process coordination support. All registration, examination, treatment, medication, and hospital fees must be paid by the patient directly to the hospital. This separation keeps our role clear and avoids confusion between service coordination and medical care.
